Chemeleon Startup Manager is an advanced system configuration tool. It allows you to edit your list of startup programs and services. When you first open the application, it will show all the programs that are currently on your startup list. From there, you can remove them, so that they don't start with your computer or change how they launch when your system starts.
Chameleon Startup Manager can add delays or set priorities for your programs. If you add a delay to one of your programs, it will not start with windows, but it will be launched by Chameleon Startup Manager after a certain number of minutes. This is easy to setup, too. From within the application, drag and drop the program that you want to set a delay for onto the bottom of the application, where there is a time line, which goes from 0 minutes (startup) to 5 minutes. Multiple programs can be given different delays, and you can arrange them any way you want by dragging and dropping. The program priorities work very similar. If you don't like dragging and dropping, there is a wizard mode for this, which gives you additional options and allows you to set the time delay manually.
You can also save different configurations for your startup applications. In other words, you can create certain profiles with certain programs added to them and save them. With each system reboot or startup, you can choose one of the profiles to choose what applications to load. All your delay and priority settings will be saved with each of these "profiles".
